PATRON-FACING SIGNAGE + ARTWORK
in collaboration with Iron Bloom + Superfly
For the past four years, Margo has been deeply involved in bringing the visual side of Outside Lands to life.
It’s been a dynamic role that has allowed her to blend practicality with creativity across a wide range of projects. From the moment you step into the festival, the wayfinding signs, vendor displays, and stage scrims she’s designed are there to guide and enchant you.

Each year, she’s had the chance to refresh and evolve along with the festival’s visual identity. This has included creating new imagery like you see when you scan your RFID wristband into the festival site, detailed maps that help you navigate the sprawling grounds, and playful illustrations that bring areas like The Mission and Grass Lands to life. Designing elements like wristbands, security guides, and stage backdrops, she’s strived to make sure that every visual detail not only serves a functional purpose, but also adds to the festival’s unique atmosphere.

Working closely with Iron Bloom and Superfly, Margo’s been able to push creative boundaries, experimenting with new ideas and concepts. Whether it’s developing a new mascot or designing intricate floral patterns for stage scrims, her goal has always been to enhance the experience for every festival-goer, making it as memorable and seamless as possible.
